I've noticed that on more than two occasions you've used the font from VNV Nation's album cover for Futureperfect. I think, and I'm no artist, but as an artistic entity, I wouldn't want to be defined by this trait. I would imagine that, being an artist, you'd want to label your artwork or anything submitted by you in a unique way, instead of copying the font from a wonderful, but not very widely known, group of musicians. I thought I would bring this to your attention.

Let's compare, shall we?

[link] This is your most recent deviation. We can see your actual style and level of skill here.

[link] This is a picture that was not done by you. The linework, coloring and overall quality far surpasses yours and looks nothing like your most recent one, which was submitted much later than this. You didn't draw this and have no right to post it on deviantart. All you did was photoshop (badly) an image done by someone else.

[link] Here's another, slightly earlier example. Here, we can see how poorly your white and yellow blobs of photoshop editing contrast with the lineart of the original image, which comes from an anime, and judging by the fuzziness of the image itself, you simply saved it to your hard drive from a google image search.

[link] Then there's this doozy. This isn't even an attempt to edit artwork. It's a photograph of a gunblade from a FFVIII action figure of Seifer Almasy. I know this because I, myself, owned that particular figure and recognize this accessory.

Long story short, you're a farce. About 70% of the stuff on your DA is yours, and the other 30% is bad edits of someone else's work, uncredited. Deviantart is not photobucket. It's a community and tool for ARTISTS who create THEIR OWN WORK. If you want to upload botched photoshop jobs, use imageshack. I'd also be careful about editing and stealing others' work. The law can crack down on you pretty hard for a (seemingly) "harmless" practice like that.

sure what ever you say the art i DRAW by hand and the art i draw on my tablet are very much different. and BTW i do not own photoshop i use a different program and if your such a great artist then why are you bitching. I NEVER stole anyones work. plus it wasn't even yours so again why are you bitching. I will do what i damn well please even if it means moving my happy ass else where but i never took shit from you or any other artist so back the fuck off. oh and the wolf pics i had i was aloud to use because i am a member of the heart of the wolf and the said person aloud me to use them. so get your facts strait and leave others alone. because like with kkcl you jumped into something you don't know shit about.

1.) The difference between what you draw by hand and what you draw by tablet would never be that drastic. There's a major difference between my pencil and paper work and my tablet work, but it's nowhere near the night-and-day difference in your gallery.

2.) "Photoshop/Photoshopping" is a general slang term on the internet for altering a picture with an image editing program, the most famous and popular of which is Adobe Photoshop.

3.) My own artistic aptitude is an entirely moot point here. It has nothing to do with the fact that you do, in fact, have artwork in your gallery which you did not do yourself, altered and uploaded without credit or permission.

4.) It doesn't matter if you stole my artwork or you stole GOD'S artwork. The fact remains that you stole it by posting it without credit or permission, or altered it and then uploaded it as your own. Simply tampering with something and then saying it's yours and you did it isn't going to cut it if that's not the truth, which it obviously isn't in some of these cases. That's not how intellectual property works, hun.

5.) Unless you post credit, simply "getting permission from someone you know" doesn't count. There's almost no credit for anything in your gallery, meaning you've claimed it was your own property in full.

6.) I admit I made a mistake with kkcl, but he was able to supply substantial proof that he himself made that image on his own, simply using the original work as reference. That's different than your images that are blatantly stolen and altered with no indication of reference, credit or permission to use. That's where your story differs and that's why you're in the wrong here.

Finally, you can move your stolen images anywhere you like, you're right, but places like deviantART, photobucket and the like have Terms of Service and policies about uploading copyrighted artwork and images you do not have authority to upload. People will find them, notice they're not yours and report you and you will have them removed and may be banned from those sites.

The best course of action for you to take is to stop this nonsense and stop trying to take credit for things you didn't do yourself. It's rude, inconsiderate and illegal.

Depends on what you're commissioning. Furcadia portraits run an even $10/ea.

Larger character drawings run around $15, due to more time and complexity to complete. :)
